MBDGs College Is About to Launch!

Beyond SDGs lies the next frontier: cultivating the inner dignity that drives lasting leadership.
For more than 25 years, including my time at ANA, I have been leading training programs in companies and educational settings while continually asking myself one question:
Why do people who receive the same education show such different levels of achievement and lasting growth?
The difference—how long their learning and sense of initiative continue to live on, and how much it leads to flourishing and productivity—
cannot be explained simply by skills, knowledge acquisition methods, or motivation.
What I have come to see is that the key lies deeper:
a solid sense that my very existence has value—what is called self-existence awareness. This inner foundation enables people to keep growing in a stable and sustainable way.
From this realization came MBDGs (Mind-Based Development Goals).
Starting from self-existence awareness, this framework cultivates autonomy, vision, and creativity. It has already been put into practice in university courses and corporate training, helping participants develop recommended type of leadership that naturally emerges from within.
Among those seeking to integrate Servant Leadership (a leadership of service and contribution) into education in the US, some people have begun to sense the limits of an approach that tries to achieve a servant attitude purely through effort. They are recognizing that fostering a state in which service flows naturally from within is what truly leads to sustainable and lasting development.
A program born in Japan, MBDGs is beginning to draw attention as an educational approach that meets exactly this need.
And now, we are shaping this learning into a new, more widely accessible venue__MBDGs College.
Here we will cultivate the mental foundation that supports sustainable growth, providing education and sessions that equip the next and current generation of leaders to guide people and organizations authentically and from their inner core.
Also, the college will collaborate with a leadership newsletter project starting from Guan from Purdue University Honors College, __ LEO .
In upcoming posts, I will share details about the MBDGs College launch event.
Please stay tuned and join us as we expand this quiet yet powerful movement starting from Japan!!
